Ever wondered about the benefits of using herbs in your hair?

Our herbal infused hair oil is formulated with a selection of herbs known for their nourishing and hair growth properties. The herbs are slowly infused in a carrier oil over low heat, allowing the beneficial components to be extracted and absorbed by your hair and scalp. This hair oil will help nourish your scalp, balance oil/sebum production, soothe any scalp irritation or dryness, strengthen your hair strands, prevent breakage, and promote healthy hair growth.

Here are some of the benefits of the herbs in our hair oil:

Amla powder comes from the dried Indian gooseberry fruit ground into a fine powder. Traditionally used in Ayurvedic hair care, it is rich in carotene, iron, and antioxidants that not only rejuvenates hair follicles but also combats hair loss. Amla powder contains vitamins C which increases the collagen that adds length and volume to your hair. Amla powder has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties to soothe scalp scaling and itching. Lastly, amla powder can condition, strengthen, and nourish your hair.

Fenugreek seeds contains mucilaginous fiber that helps your hair to absorb & retain moisture. Fenugreek seeds also has lecithin, which acts as a natural emollient that conditions and moisturizes your scalp and hair. The natural saponins present in fenugreek seeds have rich antifungal and antibacterial properties that helps fight dandruff and reduce inflammation in the scalp.

Fennel seeds hydrates the scalp, has vitamin C, calcium, iron, and magnesium, niacin, folate, and copper that can strengthen hair follicles. Fennel seeds have antioxidants and antimicrobial properties which can reduce dandruff and scalp irritation.

Rosemary leaves is rich in essential vitamins such as iron and magnesium which are important for producing hemoglobin (the protein molecule in our blood that carries oxygen and essential nutrients to all tissues of the body – including the hair follicles). When infused in oil, rosemary leaves can penetrate the scalp to enhance blood flow to hair follicles, conditions, and seals in moisture. Rosemary leaves can also aid in treating dandruff due to its antibacterial properties.
